Q: Do you have an actual boutique where
customers can view and try your collection?
A: No. We operate entirely online to offer our
customers a wider selection and lower prices.
We also believe this environment allows our
customers more privacy to comfortably shop
from home and at their own convenience.
Q: Can I make a purchase without
registering as a customer?
A: No. We require all our customers to be
registered before shopping at our boutique.
All personal information you provide us during
registration will be kept strictly
confidential in accordance with our Privacy
& Security Policy.
Q: Can I place an order by phone or
email?
A: If you encounter problems placing order
through our website, we would be glad to take
your order by email.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you would like to cancel your order,
kindly contact us immediately through email
giving us your contact details and relevant
Order Number.
Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
A: Yes. We do delivery worldwide.
Q: Can you deliver my order to a third
party?
A: Yes. We do facilitate delivery directly to
your loved ones or to a different address.
Please provide the appropriate shipping
information at checkout. However, we do not
deliver to P.O. Box
Q: Can I request for cash-on-delivery(COD)?
A: No. We do not provide C.O.D.
Q: What is the payment method?
A: Malaysia Buyer – Payment can be make to
Maybank Acc via cash/cheque bank in, transfer
from Maybank2u or other bank in Malaysia
Oversea Buyer – Payment be make via Western
Union
Q: When can I receive my order after
payment?
A: Ready stock item will be send out within 2
– 4 working days after received payment
Pre-Order item will be send out 3 – 4 weeks
after Pre-Order Dateline
Q: How do you know that I had make
payment?
A: Provide your Order Number and inform us the
amount and date of your payment. For oversea,
you must email to us the remittance slip of
Western Union.
Q: Can I return or exchange the items
received?
A: No. We do not accept return / refund /
exchange if you do not like the item or color,
the item do not fit you or you had change your
mind.
Q: What currency do I need to make
payment?
A: All payment in Malaysia need to be made in
Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). For oversea, you may
request to pay in USD. However, the conversion
rate may fluctuate from time to time.
Q: Is the price stated in website
including postage charge?
A: No. The price is not including postage
charge. You are required to pay for the
postage charge.
Q: How much is the postage charge?
A: Charges is calculated according to total
items and your location. We will send email to
inform you the total amount for your order and
postage charge after received your order.
Q: Can you check for me my order status?
A: Yes. Please provide your name, and Order
Number for all enquiry regarding your order.
